central stay
ideal location public transportation spacious room
this hotel has an ideal central location near many attractions and shops public transportation is conveniently close i found it simple to move around the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious i found the bed comfortable.
i noticed the breakfast area could become crowded i felt getting coffee could take some time i observed everything was a bit chaotic overall it was a very very slight issue.

the pool area features about twenty loungers a shaded area is also available the gym has three treadmills i saw two stationary bikes available for guest use.

the staff was friendly i received prompt service elevators arrived quickly when called the concierge offered helpful directions to nearby points of interest for me.

my room included two separate sinks a rainfall shower was very functional the room offered great views of the surrounding areas i could see the fashion street.

The hotel room was excellent. I stayed in a Corvinus Room Fashion Street View. The room felt very spacious and clean. Staff provided water bottles upon request which was kind. The location is central. It made it easy to walk to most sites.
The check-in process was slow. They offered me an upgrade for a high fee, though I refused. I will not recommend this service.

professional staff central location quiet room room upgrade
the staff was professional and polite. the location is central to shops and attractions. my room was quiet ensuring peaceful rest. i appreciated the upgrade to a beautiful room with a good view when celebrating my anniversary.
locating the parking garage was initially difficult and navigating required care due to parked cars near the entrance.

mixed feelings about my stay
loud noise poor soundproofing
The room was not great. a draft made it difficult to get comfortable, and the noise from outside was pretty loud. this made sleeping a challenge. I expected better soundproofing.

Acceptable stay but with some disappointments
lower-quality breakfast misleading staff
The breakfast experience was disappointing. I found the staff tried to direct me to a lower-quality breakfast (though at the same price!). I was told the alternative was the same, but it lacked variety. It was a different experience than what I expected (Nespresso instead of real barista coffee, for instance), and this felt misleading.

AMAZING stay downtown
fresh fruit helpful staff excellent breakfast
I was really impressed with my room and the hotel's location. the hotel provides easy access to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast was excellent with many choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. the staff was very friendly and helpful making the stay very enjoyable.
the gym equipment could use a refresh, i think.
